Return & Refund Policy – Allreal

At Allreal (Machenn Innovations Pvt Ltd), we aim to deliver high-quality software, training, and gamification services. This policy outlines conditions under which refunds or cancellations may apply. 

1. Software Solutions (Allreal Devices) 

Once software licenses are issued and activated, they are non-refundable. If technical errors prevent activation or usage, we will provide: 

Free technical support, OR 

Replacement license, OR 

Credit note for future purchases. 

2. Training & Certifications (Allreal Labs) 

Before course start: Refunds allowed (after deducting up to 10% admin fee). After course start: Fees are non-refundable, irrespective of completion status. Certification exam fees and re-exam fees are strictly non-refundable. 

If a class is canceled by us, participants can request a full refund or reschedule. 3. Gamification Services (Allreal Games) 

Subscription-based services: Refunds are not available once activated. 

Custom projects/enterprise services: Non-refundable after work commencement. If services cannot be delivered due to our fault, a 100% refund will be processed. 

4. Refund Process 

All refund requests must be sent to [email protected] 

within 7 business days of purchase. 

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider. 

5. Non-Refundable Cases 

Partial usage of subscription plans. 

Dropping out of training midway. 

Dissatisfaction due to personal preference if service was delivered as promised. Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet failures, government restrictions).
