User/You: Any individual or organization using our services.
Services: Collectively refers to software, training, gamification, and related offerings by Allreal. Platform: Websites, applications, and systems operated by Allreal.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.
Organizations using our services must ensure that authorized representatives accept these Terms. 3. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, content, training materials, source code, and products are owned by Machenn Innovations Pvt Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
4. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information during registration and payments.
Do not misuse, hack, or exploit our services.
Respect intellectual property rights and licensing terms.
Do not upload or share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
5. Payments
Fees must be paid in full prior to access unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders remain unaffected. Taxes (GST and applicable levies) will be applied as per Indian law.
6. Cancellations & Refunds

Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
